Site Crew — Festival Coordinators
Site Crew Volunteering: 28th June to 22nd July 2023
The Buddhafield site crew gathers together in July to put up tents, plumb the site, meditate together, set up the off-grid power supply, play games, maintain the site, live side by side, and begin to create the atmosphere that Buddhafield is known and loved for.
There is a fair amount of physical labour and there is also some gentler work, space to learn new skills, fireside sitting and singing, group check-ins, and daily meditations. We come together as a team, not only to raise the infrastructure of a festival but to build a community.
We ask you to come and live on-site with us from 28th June - 22nd July 2023, in your vehicle or tent, or under your tarp. We hope you will bring your energy, willingness, physical labour, skills and ideas.
In exchange we offer…
- Your ticket to Buddhafield Festival - 12th - 16th July
- 3 vegan meals a day for the whole time you are onsite
- Access to a snack table and hot drinks for the whole time you are onsite
- Meditation teaching and Dharma input, if you'd like it
- An experience of living in a close-knit community on the land
A Word about Alcohol and Recreational Drugs
All Buddhafield events are free from recreational drugs and alcohol
We don’t wish to judge people’s views on this — and hope it won’t put you off applying. If this would be a new way of experiencing a festival for you then why not give it a try?
